JEAN PAUL GAULTIER
Asymmetrically Draped Tank (nude)
Operating an ongoing dialogue between feminine and masculine, Jean Paul Gaultier’s clothes often incorporated elements from both genders, fusing them to alter our ideas and preconceptions of what is considered ‘normal’. This classic tank is ‘feminized’ by some asymmetrical draping effects, which add a frivolous touch to an otherwise low-profile underwear staple.
