JEAN PAUL GAULTIER
Tubular Neck Detail Mesh Long-Sleeved Top (white)
Retro-futurism -and the idea of space-friendly clothes as they were imagined during the 1960s- fed Gaultier’s mind and imagination throughout his career. His fondness for fellow designer Pierre Cardin was never a secret and this tubular neckline is a direct reference to the futuristic and abstract lines dear to Monsieur Cardin. Gaultier himself always loved comics and Sci-Fi movies, which he used as inspiration for some of his most iconic shows.
