WUNDERKIND BY WOLFGANG JOOP
Silk Mix Layered Printed Skirt (multi)
Wolfgang Joop’s penchant for the artistic and the whimsical was clear in the choices he made for his high-end brand Wunderkind, which he launched in 2003. Combining Couture techniques with streamlined shapes, Wunderkind fused sartorial refinement and an arty, bohemian sensibility. This striking chiffon skirt, which layers various animal prints with a prim-looking flower motif, is a great illustration of the German designer’s eclectic taste and personal aesthetics.
